Clinical Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities

  1. Operates independently with a strong grasp of R&D project timelines and deliverables.
  2. Manages internal resources and controls budgets for departmental or project activities.
  3. Authors and/or reviews clinical trial documentation.
  4. Assesses project-related issues and develops solutions; coordinates and communicates effectively with project directors, teams, external collaborators, and vendors.
  5. Evaluates, tracks execution, and ensures quality management for outsourced research and CROs.
  6. Plans and executes international IND applications and clinical validation.


Requirements 

  1. Experience in vendor management is required.
  2. Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred.

R&D Manager (Director of Basic Research )

Responsibilities

  1. Holds a Master's or Ph.D. in Life Sciences with a deep passion for biomedical research.
  2. Expert in the principles, design, and execution of molecular biology, cell culture, and animal experiments.
  3. Proficient in organizing/analyzing biological data and problem-solving.


Requirements

  1. Proficient in scientific manuscript writing.
  2. Experience in diabetes research is a top priority.

Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Responsibilities

  1. Manages clinical administrative workflows.
  2. Maintains and organizes R&D documentation.
  3. Assists in controlling departmental budgets and processing expense reimbursements.
  4. Collaborates with CROs to assist in clinical trial submissions, contracts, and study startup preparations.
  5. Assists in arranging and hosting meetings.
  6. Works with CROs to assist in clinical trial monitoring and patient recruitment.  


Requirements

  1. Proficient in scientific manuscript writing.
  2. Experience in diabetes research is a top priority.

Associate Researcher (R&D Department)

Salary

  • Bachelor's Degree:  Starting from NT$38,000
  • Master's Degree:  Starting from NT$43,000

Responsibilities

  1. Performs animal studies, cell culture/manipulation, and pathology sectioning experiments.
  2. Collects and analyzes experimental data; drafts lab records and discussion reports.
  3. Supports other company matters and tasks assigned by supervisors.


Requirements

  1. Candidates proficient in animal experiments will be prioritized; molecular biology techniques are a plus.
  2. Hands-on experience in laboratory operations.
  3. Experience in data organization and analysis.
  4. Ability to work independently and solve technical problems
  5. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.

Intern

Requirements

  1. Students from departments related to biology, chemistry, and life sciences have a basic understanding of animal experiments and molecular biology experiments.
