Clinical Project Manager (PM)

1. Independent operation and ability to manage the timeline and deliverables of R&D projects.
2. Ability to manage internal resources and control the budget for departmental and/or project activities.
3. Writing and/or reviewing clinical trial documents.
4. Evaluating project-related issues, developing solutions, and coordinating communication with project supervisors, the team, external collaborators, and outsourced vendors.
5. Evaluation, execution tracking, and quality management of outsourced research (CROs).
6. Planning and execution of Investigational New Drug (IND) applications and clinical validation in various countries.
7. Experience in vendor management is required.
8. Prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred.

Intern

1. Students from departments related to biology, chemistry, and life sciences have a basic understanding of animal experiments and molecular biology experiments.
