Compensation Committee

The Compensation Committee primarily assists the Board of Directors in reviewing the company's overall compensation system and employee welfare policies, as well as assisting with the execution and evaluation of the compensation for Directors, Supervisors, and Managers.

According to the company's Rules of Operation for the Compensation Committee, the committee should be composed of three members and should convene at least twice a year.
