Policy on Diversity of Board Members
Our company's Board of Directors currently consists of 5 Directors and 2 Supervisors. The company fully considers gender equality among board members, with 2 female Directors and 1 female Supervisor at the present stage. Currently, the selection of Directors and Supervisors is primarily based on experience related to the company's industry or business operations; Independent Directors have not yet been appointed. We plan to adopt the candidate nomination system to elect Independent Directors in accordance with the law after applying for public issuance, thereby strengthening corporate governance.
