US BIO 2026 Day 2 Report June 23, 2026, Pacific Time

06/24/2026

The BIO International Convention 2026 is being held from June 22 to June 25, 2026, in San Diego, California. As one of the largest global events in the biotechnology and life sciences industry, the convention provides an important platform for Pharmasaga to engage with pharmaceutical companies, investors, contract research organizations (CROs), clinical facilities, and other industry partners from around the world.

On the second day of the convention, Pharmasaga held nine business meetings, including three meetings with strategic investors, three meetings with CROs and clinical facilities, and three meetings with pharmaceutical and veterinary pharmaceutical companies.

Key outcomes from Day 2 included:

• Follow-up discussions with three international pharmaceutical companies regarding potential product licensing and joint development opportunities, particularly in the field of veterinary diabetes therapeutics. • Meetings with three strategic investment institutions to explore future investment and collaboration opportunities. • Discussions with three international CROs and clinical facilities regarding the planning and execution of a global Phase 2 clinical trial, including clinical site selection and potential collaboration models.

These meetings provided Pharmasaga with expanded opportunities for strategic investment, global clinical trial execution, and fundraising for both its human and veterinary drug development programs. They also strengthened the Company's position in the international pharmaceutical market and increased the feasibility of future licensing agreements and co-development partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies.

In the coming days, the Pharmasaga team will continue meeting with international partners at the BIO International Convention. These engagements are expected to accelerate the Company's clinical development progress, strengthen its financial foundation, and increase Pharmasaga's visibility and recognition on the global stage.
